Translating fragments of text or entire documents with Writer is possible thanks to OOTranslator, an add-on for the aforementioned OpenOffice program that accesses the Google translator to transcribe the phrases in the language chosen by you.
The word processor of the free office suite now has a translation toolbar, all using Google's own engine in order to instantly translate the texts and documents you select. First you have to choose the language in which the fragment in question will be obtained, which will replace the original.
The result of the good quality of all the transcriptions made by OOTranslator is considered the best translator for OpenOffice Writer.
